George Salmon (1819-1904) first published his Treatise on the Analytic Geometry of Three Dimensions in 1862. It became a classic and was reissued many times. The fifth edition, revised by Reginald Rogers of Trinity College, Dublin, appeared in 1912.
The “Editor’s Preface” indicates some of the amendments to the work.
