Differential Geometry of Manifolds

This second edition updates the edition published in 2010 which was reviewed here.

Notable in this update is that a chapter on multi-linear algebra has been moved early in the text from its former place in an appendix.  The other main change is that the sections have been re-calibrated to align more closely to a one-to-one correspondence between sections and typical class periods.
